Junior suite
All of our rooms, in addition to our restaurants, pools, hot springs, and common areas have been designed to take into account the special needs of disabled people and are wheelchair accessible.
We have also designed 4 rooms, especially for those who suffer from asthma and seasonal allergies, these are our only second-floor rooms which allow for purer air, less humidity, and greater ventilation. The height lets you distance yourself a bit from the flora which may activate some people’s allergies, and allows you to enjoy it from above.
If you have any special requests or needs, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you in the best room for you.
Our hotel is supplied with an external electric service by a recognized company, which also supplies electricity to the whole area. Nevertheless, if this one fault, we have in our property power generators to cover the operation of the hotel. However, these generators can cause a slight noise-sound in some areas of the facilities.
Superior Junior Suite
In the room, you will find two queen size beds with top-quality pillow-top mattresses, beautiful and modern ceilings, local artwork, a large-cozy couch, a large smart TV, Air conditioning, and a fully stocked complimentary minibar.
In the bathroom, you will find an opulent hot water shower and a small bathtub with thermal water, ample lighting, mirrors, granite furniture and a hair dryer.
The exquisite toiletries are made in our own certified onsite lab and include hand soap, Red Apple shampoo, Aloe Vera conditioner, and Honey Vanilla hand cream.
The large picture windows and elegant glass doors open up to either a private terrace or balcony with a comfortable hammock. Our Superior Junior Suite rooms have been designed to provide incredible direct views of the majestic Arenal Volcano.
Deluxe Junior Suite
We offer a comfortable and luxurious Junior Suite Deluxe room which is located on the first level with an excellent view of the volcano, free parking area, and a maximum capacity of 6 people.
You will have comfort and luxury to make every moment of your vacation special and pleasant. In the room, you will find a first bedroom with two queen-size beds with their own bathroom, and a second bedroom with a king-size bed with its own bathroom as well, in each bathroom you will find an opulent hot water shower, illuminated mirror and hairdryer. Master Suite

Hot Springs and Pool Area

Swimming Pool
Our 3 freshwater pools offer a comfortable swim without the usual irritations of chlorinated water. Children are also welcome, with dedicated areas for them in our refreshing pools and hot springs. Open daily from 8 am to 10 pm.

Yoga Desk
As an added service for our guests, we offer complimentary yoga classes every day from 6:30 am to 7:30 am. Classes can be arranged on request with limited participants.

Arenal Springs offers the youngest members of the family the option of having fun and enjoying a space designed especially for them, where we mix interaction and motor development with lots of entertainment. Our game room has a wide variety of activities for children to enjoy to the fullest.

These dishes are not only scrumptious but beautiful as well. We serve these pieces of art, both, at the wet bar while you soak in our amazing hot springs, or from the sushi bar sitting on dry ground.
