Pacifica Vacations is a luxury travel agency specializing in boat rentals and vacation services in Costa Rica, with over 40 boats available throughout the country. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal.
2.2 Non-Refundable Deposit
All reservations require a deposit. 20% of the total booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, date changes, or no-shows.
This fee covers administrative costs and secures your reservation. The remaining balance is subject to the refund schedule outlined in Section 3, depending on the service type.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds are calculated based on the total amount paid, minus the mandatory 20% non-refundable deposit.
3.1 Water Tours

3.2 CAMY ED Mega Yacht
No monetary refund is available for CAMY ED bookings under any circumstances. However, clients may reschedule to a different date one (1) time at no additional charge, subject to availability. The 20% non-refundable deposit applies in all cases.
3.3 Guided Tours

3.6 How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your full name, booking reference, service type, and reason for cancellation. Requests are processed within 5 business days.

4.5 Third-Party Services
Pacifica Vacations acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. We are responsible for the booking process and communication, but are not liable for incidents, accidents, or service failures that occur during third-party activities.
Pacifica Vacations is not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, or incidents that occur during the use of contracted third-party services. Full liability rests with the respective service providers. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip.
6.1 Booking Process
Users must confirm availability with a Pacifica Vacations agent before making any payment. Payments made without prior confirmation may not be honored.
6.2 Age Requirement
All reservations must be made by individuals aged 18 years or older. Pacifica Vacations reserves the right to cancel any booking made by a minor.
We collect only the contact information necessary to process your reservation. All data is stored securely in our WordPress database and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By making a reservation, you consent to our use of your contact details for booking-related communications.
All content related to Pacifica Vacations — including logos, brand name, written content, and service descriptions — is protected intellectual property. Images of third-party services are used for illustrative purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Pacifica Vacations reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via a pop-up or header notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Costa Rican courts.
