Restaurant
Ubin by Keilor Sánchez, our onsite restaurant is owned by one of the top ten chefs in Costa Rica, Keilor Sánchez. Originally from Montezuma, he returned to his beloved hometown after 20 years of training and culinary success. He chose Nya Hotel as the perfect location to venture his first “cuisine de l’auteur” restaurant.
Keilor combines French and Italian techniques with fresh local ingredients, to offer a creative and delightful five-star contemporary menu.
