DEPOSITS:
- For GREEN SEASON reservations, payment is required 7 days prior to arrival.
- For HIGH SEASON & SUMMER SEASON reservations, payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
- For GROUPS (4 or more suites) and PEAK SEASON, a 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Payment of the balance (75%) is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Also, for groups and during Peak Season, a minimum 4 nights’ stay is required.
- Miscellaneous charges are due upon departure with cash, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
CANCELLATIONS:
- For GREEN SEASON cancellations received more than 7 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be granted.
- For HIGH SEASON & SUMMER SEASON cancellations, a full refund will be applied when received 30 days or more prior to arrival.
- For GROUPS (4 or more suites) and PEAK SEASON, a 75% refund will apply for cancellations 61 days or more prior to arrival; all cancellations received 60 days or less prior to arrival are not refundable.
- Reservations, confirmation, and cancellations must be in written.
- No refunds on no-shows, unused services, or portions of reservations.
- Complimentary services are not refundable or transferable.
- Reservations are not transferable.
- A no-show is considered a late cancellation (will void the reservation) and is not refundable.
CHILDREN:
- Children 5-year-old or younger stay free when sharing a suite with two adults.
- Maximum 4 persons per Luxury Suite, 3 persons per Poolside Suite, and 8 persons per Beach Apartment.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed at Olas Verdes. Please ask, prior to your arrival, for our rules for companion dogs.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in time begins at 2:00pm. Checkout time is 11:00am.
SMOKING:
By law, smoking is prohibited in suites and any of the common areas, including the restaurant and the National Reserve trails. However, guests are permitted to smoke in a designated exterior area.
