Surf Lessons – Santa Teresa

Beginners get taught the basic theory on the beach which includes safety recommendations, how to handle the board, how to stand up & balance, how to paddle strongly and how to catch the wave. intermediate and advanced will work in the line-up on reading the wave, how to turtle-roll and duck-dive as well as catching their own waves. an additional cost includes video-analysis after your lesson to see yourself and improve on your mistakes.

All of our instructors are ISA-certified instructors as well as active lifeguards. all lessons are 1.5 hours and we provide you with all of the equipment; surfboard, leash & fins, wax and rashguard.
