The White Palm Yoga Surf Hotel – Nosara

The town of Nosara has become a mecca for yoga in Costa Rica, and The White Palms is centrally located to all the beautiful, local yoga studios and shalas in Nosara.  Right across the street, a cool 2-minute jungle walk will get you to the amazing Bodhi Tree wellness center with incredible views and a variety of community classes to choose from.  Other class options in town are only a 15-minute walk – through town, or through hidden (but, not really hidden) jungle trails – or a quick and easy 5-minute Tuk Tuk ride away.    Staying at The White Palms provides the perfect location for you to practice lots of types of yoga.  Take a class style that you already enjoy and/or try something new…like a sound meditation, aerial yoga, a breathwork class, or a restorative and nidra class.  Here are some links to the class schedules at some of our favourite places.
