- First Section:
- Located next to the entrance, offering an impressive Pacific Ocean view.
- Features a large outdoor terrace with a sink, small kitchen stove, two small fridges (including a small freezer), a table, and a living room.
- Two bedrooms with double beds and large windows, separated by an updated bathroom with a full-size shower.
- Includes access to a complete washer/dryer and additional storage.
- Second Section:
- Accessible via a small staircase surrounded by flowers.
- Includes two bedrooms with large windows and four XL single beds (convertible into a king-size bed upon request).
- Features a medium-sized terrace with a living area, an updated full bathroom with shower, and a fully open kitchen on the terrace.
- Third Section:
- The most recent and lowest section in the domain.
- Includes a full living room with kitchenette, small fridge, dining/work space, and two queen-sized bedrooms.
- Features a separate toilet, shower, and outdoor bathtub.
- Fourth Section (Main Space):
- Adapted for people with reduced mobility.
- Furnished with locally manufactured wooden furniture and an imported piece from Bali.
- Open main room with a unique pool that converges inside.

- Gym and Pool House (El Rancho):
- Features boxing equipment, weights, and everything needed for a great workout.
- Includes a living room to dry off before re-entering the villa.
- The second floor of El Rancho offers an office space with a terrace and impressive views of the Pacific Ocean, the whale tail, and Cano Island. This space also includes a sofa bed for additional accommodation.
- A large wooden cover around a tree, perfect for sunset drinks.
- Fifth Section:
- Located behind the main section.
- Features a large terrace with incredible sea and mountain views.
- Includes a king-size bed in the nearby bedroom with terrace access and a sofa bed in the living room.
- The bathroom includes a full-size shower and additional storage. High ceiling and unique design, with a full kitchen for the highest expectations.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property, including the land where the “chicken house” is located.

The main house is open-concept, with curtains available for privacy if needed. This unique accommodation allows you to fully experience the energy of Costa Rica’s nature. A 4X4 vehicle is required to reach the property; if not available, parking is possible on the ground below.
