2. Reservations and Payments

   2.1 Payment Methods
   We accept payments via bank transfer and through the Square platform, which allows us to receive credit and debit card payments.

   2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy
   Cancellations and refund requests must be communicated in advance. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

   Water Tour:
   More than 14 days’ notice: 100% refund.
   Between 7-14 days notice: 50% refund.
   Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund, but you will receive a full credit for another available date.

   Mega Yacht:
   No refund, but the date can be changed once.

   Guided Tours:
   Full refund if canceled 7 days before the tour.
   50% refund if canceled within 72 hours of the tour.
   No refund if canceled less than 72 hours before the tour.

   Accommodations:
   Full refund if canceled 60 days before the reservation.
   50% refund if canceled 30 days before.
   No refund if canceled less than 30 days before the reservation.

   Car Rentals:
   Full refund if canceled before the rental day.
